The Hillshore preview weekend sees 700 visitors

Hilshore Development consists of low rise two to five storey blocks that span 45,726 sqft on freehold land and was created out of the former Gloria Mansion that FRX acquired en-bloc for $70.3 Million in January 2022.

Hillshore units feature two to four bedroom apartments ranging in size between 733 and 2,161 sf, as well as penthouses spanning 895-2,161 sf. This project will receive its TOP by 2026.

The Hillshore provides prices ranging from $2,300 for penthouse units up to $2,500 for typical units; its official launch is scheduled for April 20th.
