Preview of the Hill @ One-North reels in 1,500 visitors over the weekend

Kingsford Real Estate Development recently reported that nearly 1500 visitors came through The Hill @ One North sales gallery over the weekend of April 6 & 7.

This 142-unit project includes three residential buildings between seven and 11 storeys with apartments ranging in size from 732 square feet to 1,259square feet and has a 99 year leasehold agreement on its site measuring 63.902 sq ft in Slim Barracks Rise, London. There are six units with four bedroom configurations that span from 1,227 to 1,410 square feet completing this complex.

The Hill @ One North offers apartments ranging in price from $1.9m for two bedroom apartments, $2.3m for three bedroom units, and $3.5m for four bedroom homes.

Blossoms at The Park was unveiled by EL Development in April this year, featuring 275 units with one bedroom apartments between 546 and 689 square feet, 2- and 3-bedroom units between 678-1,259 square feet, and four bedroom homes between 1,302-1,884square feet. Since April when this project launched, 87% have already been sold: URA reports 16 sales were completed within this year with an average sale price per square foot being $2.545.

One-North Eden was launched just ahead of Blossoms in the Park. One-north Gateway’s 165 unit development featured one and two bedroom units starting from 517 sq ft; three and four bedroom options between 689 and 1,410 sq. ft; as well as four bedroom options from 1259 to 1399 sq ft.

Within one year after its March 2022 debut, all 165 units had been sold at an average per-square-foot price of approximately $1,965.

Kingsford Development plans to open The Hill @ One North in a fortnight on April 20, with its completion expected in 2026.
